Should you require paper copies of anything that you have seen on the website, please contact the office where Mrs Mason will be happy to help and provide you with what you require.

Complaints

We hope that you and your children will be happy with the education and care that we provide for your children, should you however, be unhappy with anything we ask that you contact the school directly where a member of staff will be able to resolve any issues promptly. If, in the unlikely event, that you feel unhappy with the outcome, we ask that you contact the Chair of Governors and she will support you towards a positive outcome. 

Similarly, if you are pleased with something that the school has done for you and your child, share it with staff and the school, after all "a compliment is verbal sunshine"
